1. Kim Soo
Kim Soo is one of the more novel cafes in Bali, for it is both a lifestyle boutique and a dining destination. The space is replete with photo-worthy spots, from black-and-white backdrops to a turquoise splash pool you can pose at if you’re looking to nab that OOTD shot. It’s also worth looking at the different knick-knacks and pieces the cafe has available, because you might find something you’re interested in bringing home.
The cafe itself offers classic brunch dishes with a bit of a French twist, and house-made cakes. For a hearty start to your day, try their Big Breakfast (IDR 120K++), which comes loaded with fried eggs, bacon, pork sausages, sauteed kale, potato rosti, chutney, and sourdough bread. For dessert, get your hands on their Baked Basque Cheesecake (IDR55K++) if it’s available.
