How to Make Bang Bang Chicken Skewers

This dish is effortless to make with only a few simple ingredients. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Add paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil to the bowl and toss to coat. Thread four or five pieces of chicken onto each skewer.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey. Pour half of the sauce into a small bowl and set aside. Brush the chicken with the remaining sauce.

Cook the skewers on the grill or on the stovetop until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165ºF. Brush the cooked chicken with the reserved bang bang sauce. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
