Chicken Parmesan Casserole is a comforting and indulgent dish that brings together all the classic flavors of chicken parmesan in an easy-to-make casserole form. Layers of marinara sauce, pasta, chicken, ricotta, vodka sauce, parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Baked until bubbly and golden, this casserole is a hearty, delicious meal that’s sure to be a hit at any dinner table.
How to Make Chicken Parmesan Casserole
This dish is easy to make with only a few simple ingredients. Bring a large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Add pasta and cook according to the package directions for al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine vodka sauce, ricotta cheese, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Add popcorn chicken and cooked pasta and stir to combine. Season with salt and black pepper.
Spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour marinara sauce into the bottom of the dish. Add half the pasta mixture to the pan. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Spread the remaining pasta mixture in the dish and top with more cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven until bubbly and the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley or fresh basil.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
