Located in Hilton Singapore Orchard, Osteria Mozza brings the well-known  one-Michelin-starred Italian restaurant of celebrity chef Nancy Silverton from Los Angeles to Asia. Indulge in their signature mozzarella dishes, wood-fired pizzas, and house-made pasta dishes. A notable highlight is the Burrata di Puglia ($68++), starring rich and savoury mozzarella and crisp, smoky cruschi peppers, best enjoyed with fett’unta bread. Otherwise, consider the peppery Orecchiette ($33++) pasta, a recommended dish that combines savoury sausage meat with earthy Swiss chard leaves.
