Marry Me Chicken Recipe

This creamy, savory, herby marry me chicken recipe is so simple to make and so flavorful. I made the sauce with rich heavy cream, plenty of savory spices, and umami sun-dried tomatoes. It’s so warm and comforting. I like to serve it over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes– yum!

Store leftover marry me chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. I like to reheat it in a covered baking dish in the oven at 350°F for 20 minutes.

Seasonal Add-Ins

  • When tomatoes are in season, I like to swap out some of the sun-dried tomatoes for chopped fresh tomatoes. It adds a little extra freshness and acidity to the sauce.
  • I also like to toss in a handful of spinach at the end for a bit of color and extra nutrients.
