Absolut Bazaar is a Ramadan fair by Absolut Food Festival
If you tried and loved Absolut Food Festival 2024 last August, you’ll be happy with this news. The popular Malaysian food fair is making a comeback with Absolut Bazaar, a Ramadan bazaar happening at Singapore Expo from 14 to 16 March 2025!

You can expect over 50 F&B vendors, including both Singaporean and Malaysian stalls, at the indoor and outdoor festival areas. Judging by how the kunafa dessert trend has garnered so much online hype, we’re guessing there’ll likely be at least a couple of kiosks hawking similar renditions here.
At last year’s Absolut Food Festival Singapore edition, we were drawn to Nomad’s Soiree‘s booth for their IG-worthy croissants. We enjoyed the Kunafe Creme Croissant ($12), a buttery croissant slathered with Belgium chocolate ganache, packed with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, crunchy kunafa pastry, and crushed pistachios. Here’s hoping they’ll also have a booth at the Absolut Bazaar this year!
You’ll likely find other street food classics and Ramadan favourites here too, with the likes of satay, briyani, takoyaki and more.
To make things even sweeter, Absolut Bazaar will open till 2am on 14 March and 15 March, so night owls can jalan jalan till their heart’s content. On the last day, 16 March, the fair will run till 10pm.
