Steps and Tips for making the best Buffalo Wing Chicken Dip
- oil spray a baking casserole or deep dish pie plate and preheat the oven to 400 degrees
- whip the cream cheese until smoothÂ
- add all the rest of the ingredients listed and only half the shredded cheese
- top with shredded cheese
- bake at 400 until bubbling around 25 to 35 minutes

Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip
Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip is an easy creamy hot and the best recipe ever for Chicken Wing lovers!

Ingredients
- 1 – 8-ounce package of cream cheese softened at room temperature
- 1/2 cup buffalo chicken wing sauce
- 1/2 cup chunky blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing (your favorite brand
- 2 cups of Rotisserie chicken removed from the bone or 1 boneless chicken breast boiled and shredded or cubed
- 2 cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese for the top for garnish
- Optional Garnish: 2 tablespoons of Danish blue cheese crumbles
- Assorted vegetables for dipping and crackers IE celery, pita points, tortilla chips, buttery crackers, etc.
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 350 degrees or you can microwave this but I am not a fan doing this in the microwave.
- In a medium-sized bowl beat the cream cheese until smooth not lumpy and add the sauce to this.
- Stir in the dressing, chicken ( and any of the suggestions in the notes) then mix evenly.
- Fold in the 1 cup of the shredded cheese leaving the rest for the topping.
- Spread in a greased baking dish I use a deep-dish pie plate.
- Sprinkle the top with the rest of the shredded cheese.
- Bake at 400 degrees until the cheese is melted and it starts to bubble or at least baked for 20 minutes.
- Serve with any of the dipping suggestions listed in the notes.
