Okay, I know I said this list was about desserts other than cake, but I do have to highlight just one of my very favorite birthday cake recipes before we get started. My funfetti cake has been one of my most popular recipes for years; it’s a classic, super fun cake with three thick layers, tons of sprinkles, and smooth buttercream to top it all off.
