How to Make Cheddar Bay Chicken Meatballs

This recipe is effortless to make with only five simple ingredients. In the bowl of an electric stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, add ground chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and cheddar bay biscuit mix with the seasoning packet. Mix on medium speed until combined.

Use a cookie scoop and shape the chicken mixture into balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven. Brush the cooked meatballs with melted garlic butter. Garnish with parsley.
