What’s in This Chicken Roll Ups Recipe?
- Spices: Garlic powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper add savory flavor to the chicken.
- Chicken: I like to buy thinly sliced chicken breasts when they’re available. When I can’t find them, I press regular chicken breasts between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound them to even thickness.
- Boursin Cheese: I used classic Garlic & Fine Herbs flavor, but any of the savory flavors will work well.
- Mozzarella Cheese: Adds extra creaminess and helps hold the rolls together.
