White Chocolate Fudge Easy Steps (refer to recipe card below)
- only the chocolate and salt are to be melted together
- after the chocolate is melted then add the condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
- stir only until blended
- pour into a parchment-lined pan
- refrigerate until firm

- only use good-quality chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- always line your pan with parchment paper for easy removal
- do not use high heat or it will burn your chocolate when melting on your stovetop
- if using the microwave melt at 30-second intervals, stir, and repeat until melted, remove from the microwave then add the condensed milk
- this fudge needs to be really cold to get thick enough to properly set it may take longer than an hour
- use a sharp knife for cutting squares
- any toppings can be used to make an assortment of flavors
- stick to nuts, dried fruits, coconut chopped candy bars

White Chocolate Fudge
White Chocolate Fudge made with 3 ingredients will be the easiest candy in your recipe collection and decadently delicious!

Ingredients
- 3 cups of white chocolate chips or chunks cut up
- 1/8 of a teaspoon salt
- 1 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk
- sprinkles for any holiday

Instructions
- Grease a rectangular fudge pan around 10 x 8 or an 8 x 8-inch pan and set this aside.
- Melt the chocolate with salt in a small saucepan on low heat.
- Once smooth, remove from heat.
- Immediately add the condensed milk and stir to blend evenly until it is combined.
- The mixture will start to get thick quickly.
- Pour into the pan, top with colorful candies or sprinkle, and refrigerate until set for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into squares
- Optional: wrap each piece in plastic wrap.
- Place into tins and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.

- Note: adding liquid extracts can change the consistency. If you decide to experiment with extract just test it in a small amount first. I have just stuck to toppings. Also when melting your chocolate ensure this is a dry clean bowl before adding the white chocolate or it will become grainy.Â
