No Bake Cannoli Tiramisu Dessert Easy Steps (complete recipe is in the printable recipe card at the end)
- Beat the heavy cream to stiff peaks
- Fold in the ricotta drained
- Layer this mixture with coffee-brushed ladyfingers (add Kahula to this for the adult version)
- Top with more whipped cream, sprinkle with mini chips and unsweetened cocoa powder
- Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving
Ingredients You Will Need to Make No-Bake Cannoli Tiramisu
- heavy whipping cream (or in a pinch use whipped topping thawed if you prefer)Â
- powdered sugarÂ
- ricotta cheese drained in a coffee filter or drained in a cheesecloth
- mascarpone cheese or cream cheese
- cinnamon
- vanilla extract
- miniature chocolate chips (and more for garnish around 1 tablespoon)
- instant-made hot espresso or another instant coffeeÂ
- Note: for the adult version add some of our Homemade Kahlua , Marsala Wine or RumÂ
- Lady Fingers (this will make a pan size 9 x 9 if you want a larger dessert double the recipe and buy two packages.)
- Garnish:
unsweetened cocoa powder put through a small wire mesh strainer.

Alternative Additions for No Bake Cannoli Tiramisu:
- toasted almonds in addition to the mini chips on top
- chopped and blotted dry maraschino cherries on top
- add sliced strawberries on top for a garnish
- lemon zest and lemon extract and cranberries or another dried fruit
- toasted chopped pistachios
- cinnamon, and sugar on top instead of cocoa powder
- lemon zest, and orange zest, added to the cream
- substitute almond extract for vanilla extract
Tips and Serving Suggestions
- To get the true taste of cannoli, add a little splash of Marsala wine to the coffee instead of Kahlua
- The cake will last around 3 days in the refrigerator.
- A drizzle of chocolate ganache or white chocolate ganache, dust, or just dust powdered sugar with a dash of mixed cinnamon in the sugar, or serve with whipped cream and fruits of your choice.
- Use a springform pan around 6 inches in size to form a tiramisu form.
- For best results only use drained whole milk ricotta (I use a paper coffee filter liner or cheesecloth they work great!)
- Serve topped with sweetened whipped cream garnished with nuts, mini chips, and cocoa powder if desired

No Bake Cannoli Tiramisu
Here’s a great combination of lady fingers and cannoli filling the best of both worlds in a dessert. Cannoli Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream (or in a pinch use whipped topping thawed if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar plus 2 tablespoons ( or more to taste)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese drained in a coffee filter or drained in a cheesecloth
- 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese or full-fat cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips (and more for garnish around 1 tablespoon)
- 1 cup of instant-made hot espresso or another instant coffee
- Note: for the adult version add into the coffee and mix with 2 tablespoons of Kahlua, Marsala Wine, or Rum
- 1 package of Ladyfingers (this will make a pan size 9 x 9 if you want a larger dessert double the recipe and buy two packages.)
- Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder put through a small wire mesh strainer.
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Instructions
- You will need an 8 x 8 or 9 x 9 square pan. (you can also use a 6-inch springform pan if you want to form the ladyfingers in the circle then fill and layer) Set this aside.
- Directions for the Filling:
- Beat the heavy cream in a chilled bowl slowly adding the vanilla and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form (do not overbeat). Reserve 1 cup of whipped cream for the top of this dessert in the refrigerator.
- In another bowl add the mascarpone cheese, ricotta cheese cinnamon, and mini chips mix to combine evenly.
- Fold this mixture into the remaining heavy cream mixture.
- Layering:
- First place the ladyfingers in the pan.
- Brush with prepared coffee using a pastry brush on each ladyfinger.
- Spread some of the cream on top.
- Add another layer of cookies on top, the rest of the cannoli cream then top with remaining plain whipped cream.
- Sprinkle with mini chips.
- Place the cocoa powder into a small mesh strainer and sprinkle it on top of the cream and chips.
- This is best refrigerated for at least 3 hours loosely covered before serving.
